格隆汇3月28日丨海尔智家(06690.HK)发布公告，为进一步促进海尔洗衣机业务的高质量的增长，优化海尔洗衣机产业在全球供应链布局，进一步增强在国内及海外的市场竞争力，把握洗衣机行业发展趋势，公司拟通过子公司青岛海尔智慧洗衣机有限公司在青岛胶州九龙工业区投资建设年产300万台洗衣机项目(以下简称“本投资项目”)，预计总投资人民币约17.84亿元，预计投资静态回收期6.73年(以下简称“本次投资”)。
公告表示，本次投资的实施将提升公司滚筒洗衣机、干衣机产品的生产能力，巩固和优化公司洗衣机的全球供应链布局，将有助于提升公司洗衣机产品的市场份额，扩大品牌影响力。本项目预计将为公司带来良好的项目经济效益，也将进一步提升公司的整体竞争力和盈利能力。本次投资项目资金来源于公司自有资金及自筹资金，不会对公司财务及经营状况产生重大不利影响，不存在损害公司及全体股东利益的情形。
