霸王茶姬赴美IPO

将成为首家美股上市的中国新茶饮企业

北京时间3月26日，茶姬控股有限公司（下称“霸王茶姬”，股票代码：CHA）正式向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）递交招股书，拟赴纳斯达克上市。

若成功上市，霸王茶姬将成为首家美股上市的中国新茶饮企业，也是继奈雪的茶、茶百道、古茗、蜜雪冰城之后第五家上市的新茶饮公司。

证监会稍早前已要求霸王茶姬，就赴美上市备案补充材料，聚焦问题包括公司股权架构设立的合规性、新增股东入股原因、定价依据及公允性等问题。

一位关注消费的券商研究员对记者称，霸王茶姬赴美上市既是其发展的关键一步，也是中国新茶饮行业资本化进程的缩影。但在监管趋严的背景下，该公司能否通过合规审查、化解股权架构争议，将决定资本市场的接纳程度。据第一财经
