截至2024年12月31日止年度营运项目的本公司拥有人应占溢利为1.159亿美元，与截至2023年12月31日止年度的1.29亿美元相比减少10.2%。该减少主要是由于实际应占未计利息、税项、折旧、摊销及非营运项目前的盈利减少所致。然而，供出售的发展物业溢利下降导致税项减少，以及在企业层面录得有利的汇兑收益净额1330万美元，相比去年则录得汇兑亏损净额1430万美元，大幅减轻了该影响。
