智通财经APP讯，宜明昂科-B(01541)发布公告，该公司董事会获公司执行董事、首席执行官兼董事会董事长田文志博士告知，其已于2025年3月26日于公开市场购买合共15万股公司H股，每股股份平均价格为约5.278港元，占公司已发行股份总数的约0.04%。紧随购买后，田博士于合共1.16亿股股份中拥有权益，占于本公告日期公司已发行股本总额的28.49%。
田博士表示，其对集团的整体发展前景及潜在增长充满信心。在遵守适用法律及监管规定的情况下，田博士不排除在适当时候进一步增持公司股份。
