消息面上，碧桂园服务发布2024年全年业绩，收入439.93亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增加3.24%；股东应占溢利18.08亿元，同比增加518.59%；每股基本盈利54.16分；拟派发末期股息每股13.52分及特别股息每股16.09分。期内，物业管理服务收入约为259.1元，同比增长约4.9%，占总收入比例进一步提升至58.9%。此外，碧桂园服务宣布，公司计划将视市场情况及公司届时的实际需要，在2025年3月27日后的未来一年内，使用集团不少于人民币5亿元的现有可用现金储备在公开市场购回及╱或购买股份。
