2024年，全球锂盐行业经历深度调整，受供需格局转变、锂产品市场波动的影响，锂盐及锂电池产品销售价格下跌，公司经营业绩同比有所下降。
截至本报告披露日，丰城赣锋一期年产2.5万吨氢氧化锂项目产能爬坡并逐步实现达产，标志着公司首个赣锋智能化工厂建设成功;四川赣锋年产5万吨锂盐项目于2024年年底建成并投产，目前在调试期间，预计2025年将逐步释放产能至最优水平;青海赣锋一期年产1,000吨金属锂项目已建成正在生产线调试阶段;宁都赣锋脱硫工艺小改善带来大提升，产品品质得到进一步提高;新余赣锋连续自动化改造降本增效，电池级氟化锂工艺优化效果显著。
