0936 GMT - Air France-KLM has an improved profit outlook compared with last year, but this is already reflected in the company's share performance, UBS analysts say in a research note. UBS downgrades its rating on the Franco-Dutch carrier to neutral from buy. The company's performance in the fourth quarter of last year offered evidence of an improvement and the company expects its EBIT this year will improve by 300 million euros. UBS, however, says it believes the next catalyst for the company is its first-quarter result in April. UBS cuts its target price on the carrier's stock to 11.45 euros from 12.05 euros previously. Shares trade 1.5% higher to 9.54 euros. (pierre.bertrand@wsj.com)
