智通财经APP讯，鼎立资本(00356)发布公告，预期集团于2024年度取得的除税前亏损较2023年同期减少约56.8%或约1610万港元。
此改善主要由于按公平值于损益列账的财务资产的公平值亏损大幅减少，由2023年同期的约2140万港元减少至约620万港元。上述财务资产的公平值亏损减少主要由于香港上市股份的未变现亏损由2023年同期的约1670万港元减少至2024年度的约430万港元。未变现亏损减少反映随着香港股市于2024年度出现复苏迹象，市况有所改善。董事认为上述因素促使集团于2024年度的亏损减少。
