智通财经APP讯，海尔智家(06690)发布公告，为提高资本充足率，支持业务发展，海尔集团附属海尔财务公司拟以未分配利润转增资本的方式增加注册资本，增资总金额为人民币30亿元。公司附属公司空调器公司、空调电子公司与海尔集团及其附属公司海科达分别同意按照现有持股比例以未分配利润转增资本的方式对海尔财务公司增资人民币9亿元，人民币3.6亿元，人民币1.5亿元及人民币15.9亿元。本次增资完成后，各方持有海尔财务公司的股权比例保持不变。
