Tuochuan Capital Limited(一家于英属维尔京群岛注册成立的公司，并由公司董事兼公司其中一名控股股东杨继野(“杨先生”)全资拥有)于2023年7月28日向贷款方质押的2.8亿股公司股份(占于2023年7月28日公司已发行股本约14.29%)已经解押。
Bisney Success乃一家于英属维尔京群岛注册成立的公司，并由杨先生全资拥有。于本公告日期，杨先生于本公司全部已发行股份中拥有约69.03%的权益。
