智通财经APP讯，瑞安建业(00983)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得营业额92.8亿港元，同比增加11.32%;公司持有人应占亏损3.64亿港元，同比增加134.84%;基本每股亏损0.98港元。
公告称，年内亏损显著上升，主要由于来自建筑业务的盈利贡献减少，非核心物业资产出售亏损增加，金融市场状况收紧令财务费用净额上升，及人民币兑港币进一步贬值令净汇兑亏损扩大所致。
