格隆汇3月27日丨嘉华国际(00173.HK)公布年度业绩，截至2024年12月31日止年度，集团营业额为71.87亿港元，而包括合营企业及联营公司后，集团应占营业总额为84.26亿元。核心盈利为3.61亿港元；公司权益持有者应占溢利为3.35亿港元。每股盈利为10.63港仙及全年股息为每股9港仙，当中包括末期股息每股5港仙。负债比率由去年年底的17%减至12%。
截至2024年12月31日止年度，公司权益持有者应占全面亏损总额为18.76亿港元，其中主要已计入来自非短期投资即银河娱乐约3.71%的权益的公平值变动及年末换算集团以人民币计值资产净值之汇兑差额。
集团于2024年已签约之应占销售(即集团已签约之销售及来自合营企业及联营公司之应占已签约销售)为港币69亿元，主要来自香港维港汇及启德海湾、上海嘉俊庭及广州嘉云汇。于2024年12月31日，集团已签约但未确认之应占销售为117亿港元，预计于2025年起入账。
集团凭藉其财务资源，将继续审慎有序地于香港、珠三角及长三角地区寻求机遇，并适时补充土地储备。
