方正控股2024年全年收益9.25亿港元 同比降5.8%
3月27日，方正控股（00418）发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的全年业绩公告。根据公告，公司及其附属公司整体业绩显示，全年收益为9.25亿港元，同比下降5.8%（2023年为9.82亿港元）。毛利也随之下降6.3%，至4.54亿港元，而2023年为4.85亿港元。年内溢利为4786万港元，较去年5976万港元减少了20%。每股基本及摊薄盈利为4港分，同比减少20%。
财务回顾方面，公司的销售成本也有所下降，至4.71亿港元，去年为4.97亿港元。其他收入及盈利则微增至5662万港元，较去年5553万港元增长了2%。值得注意的是，公司的行政费用显著减少，从7553万港元降至6426万港元，主要由于员工数量减少和相关成本控制。此外，分占联营公司的溢利由负26万港元转为正17万港元，显示出业务改善的迹象。
在业务分部方面，公司主要从事软件、硬件及系统集成销售，整体收入主要来源于中国内地市场，内地收入为9.2亿港元，去年为9.77亿港元。虽然外部市场环境不佳，但通过产品创新和市场拓展，公司在国际市场上取得了一定的进展。未来，管理层将继续关注各项业务表现，并寻求新的投资机会以提升整体业绩。
