　　3月27日，海尔智家（600690.SH）公告称，公司计划回购部分A股社会公众股份，回购金额不超过20亿元且不低于10亿元，回购价格不超过人民币40元/股。预计回购数量不超过5.000万股，具体以回购期满时实际回购数量为准。回购期限自董事会审议通过回购股份方案之日起12个月内。

　　回购资金来源为公司自有资金和，或自筹资金（含股票回购专项贷款资金等）。公司董事俞汉度及实际控制人的一致行动人青岛海创智管理咨询企业（有限合伙）回复，目前无明确的增减持计划，但不排除在回购期间、未来三个月、未来六个月根据证券市场整体状况增减持海尔智家股份的可能。
