金川国际(02362)发布公告，配售事项及认购事项已分别于2025年3月17日及2025年3月25日按照配售及认购协议的条款及条件完成。

配售事项的所有条件均已实现，并已于2025年3月17日完成。合共6.3亿股配售股份已成功以每股股份0.628港元的配售价向不少于六名承配人(承配人)配售。据董事经作出一切合理查询后所深知、尽悉及确信，各承配人连同其各自的最终实益拥有人为独立于本公司及本公司关连人士且与彼等概无关联的第三方。概无承配人因配售事项及认购事项而成为本公司的主要股东。

另外，认购事项的所有条件均已实现，并已于2025年3月25日完成。合共 6.3亿股认购股份(等于根据配售事项实际配售的配售股份数目)已由卖方按认购价(与配售价相同)认购。认购股份约占认购事项完成后经扩大的已发行股份总数的4.80%。
