智通财经APP获悉，3月28日，世茂服务(00873)发布2024年全年业绩报告。在充满挑战的行业周期中，世茂服务以“重塑新芽、向上生长”为主题，总结全年发展成果。期内，公司实现营业收入79.0亿元，其中非关联方收入65.9 亿元，在营收小幅下降的情况下实现核心归母净利润增长至 4.90 亿元，展现出公司在不确定的市场趋势下，穿越周期的战略适应性和不断增长的盈利能力。此外，市拓全年新增年饱和收入金额为14.83亿元，同比增加28.2%。
利润方面，公司基础物业服务毛利额占比同比提升 6.9 个百分点至 71.6%，利润额及占比均再创新高，社区增值服务利润结构显著优化，其中非周期性增值服务毛利额占比同比增长 3.3 个百分点至 86.1%，聚焦核心业务的策略成效显著。
