智通财经APP讯，德视佳(01846)发布公告，集团预计截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得：公司拥有人应占溢利约为8200万港元至8600万港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度则为约1.31亿港元;及该年度的息税折旧摊销前利润约为2.26亿港元至2.32亿港元，较去年度的约2.81亿港元减少约19.6%至17.4%。尽管市场环境严峻，但集团借着集中控制成本，息税折旧摊销前利润率达致32%，而在根基最雄厚的德国市场，该利润率更超过40%。
公告称，相较于去年度，公司拥有人应占溢利减少主要是由于有关新诊所(即英国伦敦Laser Eye Clinic、香港旗舰诊所、德国威斯巴登及基尔的诊所)产生的额外成本(包括固定及运营成本)，以致新诊所尚未实现盈利所致。此外，欧洲和中华人民共和国经济环境严峻和消费者信心低迷，对镭射手术市场的需求造成影响，进一步导致利润下跌。
