智通财经APP讯，福田股份(08196)发布公告，集团预期收入将由截至2023年12月31日止年度约人民币1.066亿元减少至截至2024年12月31日止年度约人民币4880万元，导致截至2024年12月31日止年度的税前亏损不少于约人民币700万元，比较截至2023年12月31日止年度的税前利润约人民币300万元。
董事会认为，收入减少及亏损主要由于本期间客户对有关的工程、采购及建设项目的进度确认延期及集团于越南的现有项目已于2023年竣工，而新项目直至2024年年底才开始动工，因此年内确认新项目产生的收入较少。
