智通财经APP讯，东方兴业控股(00430)发布2024年度业绩，该集团期内取得收入2538.3万港元，同比增加8.3%;公司股东应占亏损3791.9万港元，同比收窄7.1%;每股基本亏损9.77港仙;拟派发末期股息每股0.006港元。
公告称，亏损乃主要由于融资成本约740万港元(2023年：760万港元)及投资物业取得公平值亏损约4260万港元(2023年：4460万港元)所导致。
