智通财经APP讯，泰和小贷(01915)发布公告，张玲玲女士因其有意专注于其个人其他事务而辞任独立非执行董事，自委任新的独立非执行董事日期起生效，有关委任须待公司股东于公司将于2025年举行的应届股东周年大会上通过相关决议案后，方可作实。张女士辞任后不再担任董事会审核委员会主席、董事会薪酬委员会成员及董事会提名委员会成员。
经适当考虑及收到提名委员会的推荐建议后，董事会已议决建议委任孔庆文先生为第七届董事会的独立非执行董事，任期将于2027年1月19日届满，但须待股东于股东周年大会上通过相关决议案后，方可作实。
