智通财经APP讯，海尔智家(600690.SH)公告，公司的控股子公司青岛海尔空调器有限总公司(简称“空调器公司”)为满足办公需要，拟向海尔集团公司(简称“海尔集团”)购买白电研发中心不动产。
2025年3月27日，海尔集团与空调器公司签署《资产转让协议》，空调器公司向海尔集团购买位于崂山区海尔路1号的海尔白电研发中心不动产(简称“标的资产”)，共用土地建筑面积为26,723.80平方米，房屋建筑面积为61,327.48平方米，购买价格为2.67亿元(不含税，下同)。空调器公司购买该房屋的资金来源为自有资金。
