金吾财讯 | 中海物业(02669)公布，截至2024年12月31日止年度，公司普通股权持有人应占溢利15.12亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增长12.54%，每股基本盈利46仙。拟派末期股息每股9.5港仙，上年为8.5港仙。期内，集团收益140.24亿元，同比增长7.45%；毛利23.26亿元，同比增长12.35%，毛利率增长0.7个百分点至16.6%。期内，集团所管理的建筑面积较去年年底增加7.4%至4.31亿平方米。其中，新增订单74.1百万平方米，同时为优化业务结构及亏损项目治理进行退盘4450万平方米。新增订单中，63.3%来自独立第三方，而住宅项目及非住宅项目的新增在管面积分别占49.7%及50.3%。于2024年12月31日，来自独立第三方及非住宅项目的在管建筑面积占比分别为39.4%及28.7%。年内，新签合约额约为44.41亿元，其中，与独立第三方签订的合约额为28.49亿元。住宅类及非住宅类的新签合约额分别约达23.43亿元及20.99亿元。
