3月25日晚间，宁德时代（300750.SZ）发布公告称，公司已于3月25日获批中国证监会关于发行境外H股的“备案通知书”，宁德时代拟发行不超过220,169,700股境外上市普通股并在香港联交所上市。截至发稿，中国证监会官网暂未披露宁德时代的备案通知书。
宁德时代2月11日向港交所递表，2月28日在中国证监会备案，备案通过仅花费25天，打破最快记录，成为备案新规实施以来完成备案耗时最短的境外上市企业。
通过备案后，宁德时代即将进入港交所聆讯流程，预计很快在港股上市。据报宁德时代至少募资50亿美元（约合389亿港元），如若成功上市将成为近三年港股最大的IPO。
