智通财经APP讯，烯石电车新材料(06128)发布公告，于2025年3月27日，公司与借方(泛亚国贸有限公司)订立第六份续新协议，据此，贷方同意按相同年利率12厘续新金额为2100万港元的现有循环贷款融资，有效期自2025年4月1日起至2027年12月31日止。
根据有关条款及条件，于有效期内可随时提取贷款期限为最多一年的经续新循环贷款融资。第六份续新协议将于2025年4月1日生效。第五份续新协议项下全部尚未偿还贷款结余(如有) 将转结为第六份续新协议的新贷款。于本公布日期，借方集团尚未偿还贷款结余为1080万港元。
