智通财经APP讯，乐普生物-B(02157)发布公告，我们自主研发的候选药物MRG003(一种表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)靶向抗体药物偶联物(ADC)候选药物，用于治疗复发性或转移性鼻咽癌(R/M NPC))的关键注册性IIb期研究结果，入选2025年美国临床肿瘤学会(ASCO)年会“重磅研究摘要(LBA)”，并将于会上作口头报告。
MRG003是一种由EGFR靶向单克隆抗体与强效的微管抑制有效载荷一甲基澳瑞他汀E分子通过缬氨酸-瓜氨酸链接体偶联而成的ADC。其以高亲和力特异性地结合肿瘤细胞表面的EGFR，通过内吞及溶酶体蛋白酶裂解后释放强效的有效载荷，从而导致肿瘤细胞死亡。EGFR高表达于结直肠癌、肺癌、头颈癌等多种恶性实体瘤中，89%的晚期NPC存在EGFR表达。因此，EGFR是癌症治疗的重要靶点。
