智通财经APP讯，达势股份(01405)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得收益43.14亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增加41.4%;公司拥有人应占利润5519.5万元，去年同期则公司拥有人应占亏损2660.3万元;每股基本盈利0.42元。
公告称，收益增加主要是由于集团在全国范围内持续扩张门店网络，于年内净增加240家新店，加上集团于新市场的新门店产生的销售额强劲，自2017年第三季度起，集团已连续30个季度实现正同店销售增长。
截至2024年12月31日，集团于中国大陆的39个城市直营1008 家门店。集团的全球特许权授予人Domino’s Pizza, Inc.为全球最大的比萨公司之一，于报告期间末，于全球90多个市场拥有超过21300家门店。
随着集团继续在中国扩张市场，集团的会员人数从截至2023年12月31日的1460万人增加至截至2024年12月31日的2450万人。会员所贡献的收益占总收益的比例也从2023年财政年度的59.2%增加至2024年财政年度的64.5%。随着集团继续扩张，集团将有更好的机会招募更多会员加入集团的会员计划，并提供量身定制的会员福利，以维系及增强客户黏性。
集团计划于2025年开设约300家门店。从2025年年初至2025年3月14日，集团已增开82家门店，另有26家门店在建，62家门店已签约。集团相信集团有望实现2025年全年的开店目标。
