上海实业控股2024年经审核净利润28.08亿港元，同比下跌18%
3月27日，上海实业控股（00363）发布2024年度全年业绩公告。公司截至2024年12月31日止年度经审核营业额为289.18亿港元，比去年下跌11.6%。实现经审核净利润28.08亿港元，同比下跌18.0%。业绩下滑主要是由于房地产业务交房结转销售大幅减少，同时，尽管消费品业务有所回暖，但未能完全抵消整体销售收入的跌幅。
在财务回顾中，基建环保业务的净利润为26.29亿港元，同比上升13.3%，占总业务净利润的85.1%。房地产业务则录得亏损2.36亿港元，主要由于交楼结转收入大幅减少。消费品业务盈利贡献为6.43亿港元，同比大幅上升71.8%。大健康业务净利润为5423万港元，同比下降32.0%，主要是由于上药集团的非上市资产处置收益减少。
在业务分部方面，基建环保业务表现强劲，持续推进水务和清洁能源项目，确保市场份额的提升。房地产业务面临挑战，需应对市场环境的不确定性。消费品业务在烟草销售回暖的推动下实现了显著增长，而大健康业务则在政策支持下寻求进一步的发展机会。整体来看，公司在多元化业务布局中努力应对市场波动，推动可持续发展。
