智通财经APP讯，ASMPT(00522)公布，公司独立非执行董事Orasa Livasiri小姐、黄汉仪先生及邓冠雄先生已通知董事会，彼等于2025年5月7日公司即将举行的股东周年大会任期届满后，无意寻求连任公司董事。因此，彼等于股东周年大会结束时将不再担任公司董事。Livasiri小姐亦将不再担任董事会主席。
继上述独立非执行董事于股东周年大会结束时退任后： 乐锦壮先生将接替Livasiri小姐担任董事会主席。萧洁云女士将接替乐先生获委任为审核委员会主席，乐先生仍会留任为审核委员会成员。乐先生将获委任为薪酬委员会主席，并不再担任提名委员会成员。张仰学先生将获委任为提名委员会主席及薪酬委员会成员。
此外，许明明女士获董事会推荐于股东周年大会上委任为独立非执行董事。
