智通财经APP讯，中国海洋石油(00883)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，集团总收入人民币4205.06亿元，同比增长0.94%;股东应占溢利1379.36亿元，同比增长11.38%;每股盈利2.9元;拟派末期息每股0.66港元。
储量是公司发展的资源基础。公司践行价值勘探理念，坚持以寻找大中型油气田为目标，突出规模发现和效益储量，油气勘探成果丰硕。全年共获得11个油气新发现，建成南海万亿大气区。证实储量再创历史新高，储量替代率达到167% ，储量寿命稳定在10年，为公司未来发展储备了坚实的资源基础。
产量增长是公司矢志不渝的追求。公司以“稳定老油田、加快新油田、拓展低边稠、强化天然气”为目标，坚持多措并举深挖上产潜力，油气产量再创新高。在产油气田稳产增产，工程建设和开发生产提质提速提效，多个重点新项目顺利投产。全年油气产量达726.8百万桶油当量，同比增长7.2%。
公司始终着眼全球，持续优化资产布局，不断拓展国际业务，成功获取莫桑比克、巴西和伊拉克10个区块石油合同，成为了全球领先的行业参与者。
公司加快培育新质生产力，不断提升科技创新引领能力。勘探理论创新指导获得渤中22-6等多个重大发现，“深海一号”超深水大气田荣获中国国家科学技术进步一等奖，“海基二号”和“海葵一号”实现技术突破和开发模式创新，公司核心竞争力进一步增强。以“深海一号”和秦皇岛32-6 油田为代表的一批智能油气田初步建成，数智化转型步伐明显加快。
