智通财经APP讯，雅视光学(01120)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，收入12.82亿港元，同比增长7.19%;公司拥有人应占盈利1141.9万港元，同比减少77.75%;每股盈利2.96港仙。
据悉，公司拥有人应占综合纯利减少的原因乃主要由于以下各项：集团的毛利率由2023年的31%减少至报告期的29.4%，原因为来自原设计制造客户的大幅降价压力;鉴于目前香港物业市场的趋势，集团于报告期内就投资物业重估确认重大公平值亏损490万港元，而2023年同期录得投资物业重估的公平值亏损为200万港元;由于售价竞争，本集团分占联营公司的盈利由2023年同期的1550万港元大幅减少至报告期内的1180万港元;及于中国及东南亚市场发展眼镜片业务而导致员工成本、推广及展览费用大幅增加。
