海天地悦旅(01832.HK) 公布，集团管理层已就位于塞班Susupe的酒店Kanoa Resort未来发展作出决策，其土地租赁于2025年6月15日届满时不予重续，因而将自到期日起永久关闭Kanoa Resort。
集团表示，鉴于延迟恢复往来塞班及其主要客源市场的航班，令塞班的休闲旅游市场复苏进度相当缓慢。集团旗下Crowne Plaza Resort Saipan作为市内最新酒店，2024年入住率仅达47.1%，可见未来重新开业未必对集团有利。
展望未来，随着关岛及塞班旅游市场逐渐复苏，集团将能集中部署资源，优化两间Crowne Plaza渡假村的表现。(ca/u)
