年内，本集团的经营亏损约为1445.4万美元，较去年的经营亏损约1818.3万美元减少亏损372.9万美元，减幅为20.5%。除收益增加外，持续实施有效的削减成本措施及改善营运效率亦有助减少年内经营亏损。具体而言，年内员工成本较去年减少约131.9万美元，餐饮成本较去年减少约64.3万美元。然而，本集团亦注意到上述经营亏损金额已计及(其中包括) Kanoa Resort资产减值拨备368万美元以及确认与本集团资产相关的折旧及摊销开支(非现金项目)约1115.2万美元。
