智通财经APP讯，悦达国际控股(00629)发布公告，于2025年3月27日，公司间接全资附属公司悦达商业保理与怡乐商贸订立反向保理协议。根据反向保理协议，悦达商业保理同意向怡乐商贸提供应收账款融资、应收账款管理服务及应收账款收款服务并授予反向循环信贷限额人民币5000万元，年利率及保理管理费之和为7%至8%，自2025年3月27日起生效及于2026年4月30日到期。
