　　家电龙头海尔智家H股今日盘中一度跌7.49%至24.7港元，市值蒸发约188亿港元，逼近2300亿港元关口。海尔智家A股亦跌逾4%至26.92元。海尔智家昨日晚间发公告称，2024年公司营业收入2859.81亿元（人民币，下同），同比增长4.29%；净利润187.41亿元，同比增长12.92%。公司拟向全体股东每10股派发现金股利9.65元（含税），并拟10亿元—20亿元回购公司股份，回购价格不超40元/股。

　　据此计算，海尔智家2024年第四季度实现营收约830.1亿元，环比增长23.25%；归母净利约35.87亿元，环比下降24.24%，已经连续第二个季度环比下降，且降幅扩大。（格隆汇）
