　　建发新胜（00731）公布2024年业绩，收益约13.31亿港元，同比减少2.96%；净利2459.5万港元，同比扭亏为盈；每股盈利1.7港仙。

　　公告称，由亏损转为盈利，主要由于以下因素的综合影响：集团债务重组下未申报的索偿获解除，因而取得重大一次性利润约1.28亿港元。于本年度，政府税项优惠增加约3370万港元，主要由于集团享受资源综合利用等政府税项优惠政策；及由于集团严格的生产成本控制及市场推广工作以增加销量，单位生产成本有所改善，令毛损减少约680万港元。
