观点网讯:3月27日,据地产资管界报道,鼎一投资(DCL Investments)与渣打银行就贝莱德旗下基金违约的上海两幢办公楼宇进行深入谈判,预计交易价格约7亿元人民币。此次交易源于贝莱德旗下基金因租金收益下滑无力偿还贷款而选择违约,渣打银行于2023年收回上海普陀区北岸长风E幢和G幢写字楼(总面积2.78万平方米)。2025年3月26日,鼎一投资以7亿元抄底贝莱德违约资产,瞄准市场反弹机遇。...
