　　3月27日消息，港股新奥能源（02688）于今日复牌，早盘大幅高开超16%。消息面上，母公司新奥股份（600803）公布私有化方案。

　　新奥股份于3月26日晚披露重大资产重组预案，拟通过全资子公司新能（香港）能源投资有限公司私有化新奥能源。根据方案，计划股东每持有1股新奥能源股份，可获得新奥股份新发行的2.9427股H股股份以及24.50港元/股的现金付款。交易总估值接近600亿港元。

　　此次私有化交易完成后，新奥能源将成为新奥股份的全资子公司，从联交所退市。同时，新奥股份将通过介绍上市方式在联交所主板上市。

　　新奥股份表示，私有化新奥能源将有助于整合资源，强化主业核心竞争力，发挥产业协同效应。交易完成后，新奥股份的财务指标预计将有显著提升，2024年归母净利润将从44.93亿元增至81.36亿元，增幅达81.09%。
