智通财经APP讯，五矿地产(00230)发布2024年度业绩，收入98.83亿港元，同比下降21.8%;公司股权持有人应占亏损35.21亿港元，同比扩大246.7%;每股基本亏损105.19港仙。
由于年内房地产项目结转规模下降，集团房地产发展业务收入按年下降20.1%至98.32亿港元(2023年：123.08亿港元)，占集团综合收入的99.5%。房地产发展业务的毛利率按年下降11.0个百分点至6.5%(2023年：17.5%)，主要是年内房产开发业务随行就市，采取包括调整销售价格在内的多种销售策略，促进项目销售去化，从而导致结转毛利率较低的房地产发展项目占比较多。
