智通财经APP讯，心玮医疗-B(06609)发布公告，自2025年3月27日起，王国辉先生不再担任董事会提名委员会成员，以加强公司的企业管治，并履行将于2025年7月1日起实施的香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则有关提名委员会性别多元化的新规定。张坤女士已同时获委任为提名委员会成员。王国辉先生将继续担任公司董事长、首席执行官及执行董事，以及董事会战略委员会主席及董事会薪酬委员会成员。
公司于2025年3月27日举行雇员代表大会，并选出刘柏巍先生担任公司第二届监事会的雇员代表监事。刘先生获委任为雇员代表监事将自2025年3月27日起生效，其任期与第二届监事会任期一致，于任期内彼不会就其担任雇员代表监事收取任何薪酬。刘先生亦获委任为监事会主席。于同日，薛宗玉先生因其他个人承担辞任公司监事并不再担任雇员代表监事及监事会主席。
自2025年3月27日起，由于公司内部工作调整，张女士将不再担任公司副总经理。张女士将继续担任董事会执行董事及董事会战略委员会成员以及提名委员会成员，并将仍为集团管理团队成员。
