路透社3月27日 - 英国竞争监管机构周四表示，油田服务公司SLBSLB.N拟斥资80亿美元收购规模较小的竞争对手ChampionXCHX.O的交易可能会导致英国的竞争大幅减弱。
英国竞争和市场管理局（Competition and Markets Authority$(CMA)$）表示，除非SLB和ChampionX提供补救措施，否则该交易将被提交深入调查，并补充说，这两家公司必须在4月3日前提供这些补救措施。
SLB表示，它致力于与CMA合作，以解决任何问题，并有信心交易将获得批准。
