　　3月28日，运动科技公司Keep（03650）公布了截至2024年12月31日的2024年度业绩报告。报告期内，Keep实现营收20.66亿元人民币（下同），经调整净亏损（非国际财务报告准则计量，下同）4.69亿元；录得毛利9.65亿元，毛利率由上一年度的45.0%提升至46.7%，保持稳健增长。

　　财报显示，2024年，Keep平均月活跃用户和平均月度订阅会员分别为2992万和316万，会员渗透率为10.6%，均保持稳定态势。截止到2024年底，Keep平台拥有超过4亿注册用户和1亿年度活跃用户，年度运动用户超过 5500万。

　　Keep营收来源主要分为三大板块：自有品牌运动产品、线上会员及付费内容与广告及其他。财报显示，自有品牌运动产品于2024年录得营收9.54亿元，较去年同期增长0.8%，其中，运动装备和运动服装实现了16.0%的同比增长；线上会员及付费内容业务实现营收9.18亿元；广告及其他业务实现营收1.94亿元。
