智通财经APP讯，MATRIX HOLDINGS(01005)公布2024年业绩，营业额约4.57亿港元，同比减少36.06%;公司拥有人应占亏损约2.99亿港元，同比扩大1.91倍;每股亏损39.5港仙。
公告称，亏损增加的主要原因是收入下跌，主要是由于全球经济的不确定性和地缘政治紧张的加剧。这些因素对消费者的态度和行为产生了显著影响，从而导致消费支出减少。此外，物业厂房及设备，无形资产和使用权资产亦作出减值亏损。
