智通财经APP讯，成都高速(01785)发布公告，根据中华人民共和国财政部、国务院国有资产监督管理委员会、中国证券监督管理委员会联合印发的《国有企业、上市公司选聘会计师事务所管理办法》(财会[2023]4号)的相关规定，国有企业连续聘任同一会计师事务所原则上不超过八年。在执行完2024年度审计工作后，公司现任审计师安永华明会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)已连续担任公司的审计师超过八年，达到了管理办法规定的需要变更的任期上限。于2024年度股东周年大会完结时，安永华明将退任公司审计师。
综合考虑公司对审计服务的需求，公司进行了2025年度审计师选聘招标工作。根据招标结果并经董事会及其审计与风险管理委员会审议通过，建议聘任德勤华永会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)为公司2025年度的审计师。
