智通财经APP讯，中国南方航空股份(01055)发布公告，根据毕马威华振出具的审计报告，本公司2024年12月31日合并报表未弥补亏损金额为人民币385.84亿元，本公司股本为人民币181.21亿元，未弥补亏损金额超过股本总额三分之一。根据《公司法》、《中国南方航空股份有限公司章程》等规定，本公司未弥补的亏损达股本总额三分之一，需提交本公司股东会审议。
2024年，本公司积极把握市场契机，聚焦提升客货经营品质，强化精益成本管控，减少了亏损影响，但截至2024年12月31日，未分配利润依然是亏损状态。
