Logility Supply Chain Solutions (LGTY) said Wednesday in a regulatory filing that its planned merger with Aptean has received clearance under the UK National Security and Investment Act 2021.
The UK clearance satisfies one of the conditions for the closing of the merger. The deal is expected to close in Q2, subject to other closing conditions, the company said.
