智通财经APP讯，同方泰德(01206)发布2024年年度业绩，收入18.29亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少0.48%;权益股东应占亏损2.66亿元，同比扩大163.37%;每股基本亏损0.34元。
公告称，来自智慧建筑与园区板块的收入由2023年约8.23亿元同比下降12.4%至约7.20亿元。面对目标市场投资持续收缩的挑战，集团多措并举应对市场变化，积极调整市场策略，并深化与中核集团的战略协同，大力开拓新兴市场，培育新的业绩增长点。年内，集团在医疗、学校等民生领域的项目取得显著进展，重庆市第四人民医院科学城院区、中国人民大学通州校区平安校园技防体系建设项目、东北大学超算项目、吉林大学高性能计算机群等项目为板块收入提供有力支撑。同时，在核电领域，中国核电运行技术创新研究与保障基地智慧园区工程、中核海得威智慧园区建设项目等项目也取得了阶段性成果，为板块贡献收入。
