格隆汇3月25日丨佳兆业资本(00936.HK)发布公告，截至2024年12月31日止年度，持续经营业务实现收益2.25亿港元，同比减少5.3%；毛利为1.35亿港元，同比增加0.7%。于本年度来自机械销售的收益约270万港元，较集团于2023财政年度所录得金额减少约83.0%，由于中国香港及新加坡对新起重机的需求减少所致。机械租赁所得租赁收入由约1.75亿港元按年减少约11.1%至本年度约1.56亿港元，主要归因于在中国内地起重机租赁市场的需求减少。来自服务收入的收益由约4460万港元按年增加约44.9%至本年度约6460万港元，主要由于中国香港对服务的需求增加所致。于本年度的备件销售约210万港元，较2023财政年度录得金额减少约3.4%。减少主要由于机械备件的市场需求有所转变。本年度，集团完成出售其物业发展业务(“已终止经营业务”)。
