智通财经APP获悉，花旗发布研报称，新奥能源(02688)获母企提出私有化要约，作价为每股新奥能源股份，可获得2.9427股新奥股份H股及现金代价24.5元。花旗认为，如果独立股东接纳交易，该要约具有吸引力，在获得所有批准后，交易可能在今年底完成。该行将新奥能源的目标价由66港元上调至78港元，评级“买入”。
