智通财经APP讯，融创中国(01918)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收入人民币740.19亿元(单位下同)，同比减少52%;公司拥有人应占亏损256.95亿元，同比增加222.44%;每股亏损3元。
收入的减少主要由于物业销售收入下降所致。近年来房地产行业持续下行，销售市场整体大幅收缩，且若干房地产企业陆续出现的债务问题导致购房者对于期房信心不足，进一步加剧了新房销售的困难。本集团现处于集中资源解决保交付工作及债务问题的阶段，在新增销售规模收缩及外部融资渠道收窄等情况带来的流动性压力下，对已售物业项目的交付进度及新项目的开发及推售节奏产生阶段性的制约，2024年度交付面积较上年减少，导致本集团的销售收入较去年有较大幅度的下降。
面对近年来外部市场环境及企业自身问题带来的多重挑战，本集团积极采取多项应对策略，持续专注于物业项目的竣工交付以落实保交付主体责任，积极开展相关债务风险化解工作和资产盘活工作，优化管控体系、缩减行政开支等，同时关注政策变化提升产品竞争力以适应当下销售市场，保证本集团的业务稳定及长期可持续运营。
本年度本公司拥有人应占亏损较去年大幅增加主要是因为去年取得境外债务重组收益，若本年度及去年均剔除债务重组收益的影响，本年度本公司拥有人应占亏损较去年有所减少 。
