金吾财讯 | 达势股份(01405)公告，截至2024年12月31日止年度，公司股权持有人应占年内利润5519.5万元（人民币，下同），去年同期录得亏损2660.3万元，同比扭亏为盈，每股基本盈利0.42元。董事会不建议分派截至2024年财政年度的末期股息。期内，收益43.14亿元，同比增长41.41%。主要是由于公司在全国范围内持续扩张门店网络，于年内净增加240家新店，加上于新市场的新门店产生的销售额强劲，自2017年第三季度起，公司已连续30个季度实现正同店销售增长。期内，公司净开店240家，年末门店达1,008家，其中371家门店位于上海及北京，637家门店位于新增长市场。截至2024年12月31日，公司业务已扩展至中国39个城市，于2024年期间新进驻10个城市。随着继续在中国扩张市场，公司会员人数从截至2023年12月31日的1460万人增加至截至2024年12月31日的2450万人。会员所贡献的收益占总收益的比例也从2023年财政年度的59.2%增加至2024年财政年度的64.5%。
